How To Guard fitting and jb weld

After watching this by @Karl B. Andersen i reallu wanna get a loan for a mill and surface grinder.
But until then its a drill press, files, and sand paper

You lack the patience my friend , not tool :)

I have to agree with Natlek on this one. I'm sure that a mill and surface grinder can make the job faster, but no tool will ever make up for patience and craftsmanship. Check out Wolfgang Loerchner's work, he's proof of what can be accomplished with an insane amount of patience, craftsmanship, and hand tools!
To my own shame, I have often looked at my work and excused flaws in it as "If only I had (insert name of expensive knifemaker's tool here), I wouldn't have that flaw in my piece." After looking at Mr. Loerchner's work, I realize that those tools do not compensate for patience and craftsmanship. I don't know about you, but that's a hard one to swallow because I love to collect tools (both shiny new ones and greasy old ones) just as much as the next guy, if not more.

I guess I should clarify, I'm not advocating an abstinence from nice tools. Just don't expect nice tools to miraculously improve your craftsmanship. If your struggling with quality, but can't afford that one tool to make the job easier, don't just settle for a sub-par knife.
