Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

I blame this thread directly or indirectly for all 4 of these ;) Grabbed the May in Bocote today, probably pop the ebony in my pocket after work as well just because.

Nice Sheffield cutlery, but can you please edit your photo and re-post it - Just Lambsfoot knives here

Thanks a lot

Thanks a lot Harvey, you're very kind :) I'm sure some of you guys will be able to take much better photos of these knives than I ever could :)
No. I’m not kidding. It’s a great shot that shows detail and truer(I believe) color.

BTW.. I just read an article in the Independant that I think will be most welcome news for all of you imbibers.:) Better hurry. It’s a limited run.

I think @tmd_87 would love those! ;)

I just showed my son a picture of the new Barlow knives.
He said, "Oh, nice 'Deer Head' Knife."... I was confused
He explained the word "Harts" means deer or animal in anglo-saxon (actually Middle English).
I told you he was way smarter than me.
Maybe Jack already covered that and I missed it.

An Ashleys Choice today my friends. :D

Thanks Harvey, I must have got lucky, I haven't much of a chance to take pics this week, so that one was just taken on the wall down the road from my house :) That looks very interesting :)

He's right John :) I'm sorry, I assumed it was common knowledge, 'The White Hart' is still a common pub name here  However, the knife is named for the small Hartshead area of Sheffield, where the world's first Barlow knives were made :)

Dylan, your Lambsfoot is sublime.

Great pic  The jigging is outstanding

Thank you my friend, the stress has been considerable, and is still ongoing  But I am absolutely thrilled with the knives :) Thank you for your kind words, and it is great to see that stunner again :)

Thanks for the compliment, Jack. :) Yeah, I'm sorry my family rejected your suggestion for fine dining! :( The Detroit Tigers baseball team's logo is an "olde English D". ;)

Thanks, John. :) I can send you a copy of the document if you want to work on the assignment. ;):cool:

Thanks, Dave. :) That shirt suggests a life that must be so unfulfilling, Dave! ;)

That's why I had him looking at some geometry! ;)

Good advice, Vince and Dave. :D I will have to leave by 8pm so I can make the hour drive home before dark!

Sorry to let you down, John. :( You can count on me having a beer with my supper every night, whether I post a pic or not.

You are one Cleaver guy, Wally :)

Good Morning Guardians
I went to pick up my older son from college yesterday. It was a decent drive down to Santa Clara, only took 3-1/2 hours with slight traffic. We packed up all his stuff, cleaned his dorm room, and headed home. The drive home took 6 hours... I HATE Bay Area traffic!!!
It'll be nice to have him home for the Summer.

Thank you Jack.

Good deal John! Enjoy them a little longer at home. I am sure you have raised and are raising fine young men.

Good morning all View attachment 1144589
