Very nice Christmas background for you HHB Jack:thumbsup:. Very fitting for Christmas Eve:thumbsup:. As I'm posting this I am looking out the window at a bright and sunny morning with frost on the ground but it will soon disappear because the temperature out doors is going up well into the 60's today😅. Where I was originally from. (Pennsylvania) we would likely have some snow🥶. To tell you the truth, I really don't care if I ever see that white stuff again🙂.

I am on my way out for Christmas festivities, it is Christmas day here, and i may be worst for wear when i return to my humble abode,🤯🤯🤯🥵🥵🥵:D, so on Christmas eve most of fellow Guardians time just want to wish you all a Merry and Safe Christmas. In a few hours when i am scoffing down some nice fresh seafood, prawns, scallops, fish, mussels and oysters, i will raise my beer and think of you all and have a drink for you.🤝🎅.

As Guardians of the Lambsfoot, we have some professional connection those shepherds who watched their sheep by night that first Christmas Eve. 🤓 :thumbsup::cool: Looks like 3 of my lambsfoots have joined a flock:

Definitely Gary! :D Great pic :) Schoolboys here traditionally sang 'While Shepherds washed their socks by night...', a line that dates back to as early as 1700 apparently :D :thumbsup:

That would hit me hard Jer :( I've seen gluten-free bread in the supermarket, but it's rather pricey, and I have no idea what it tastes like. I hope you get something nice to eat today mate :thumbsup:

Yeah. It will be expensive to make, too, with ingredients like almond flour.
I was able to throw out that raw food "cookbook". Such a diet is "not for older adults". There are some good things about being old.
Anyway, if this is as catastrophic as I get, I can't complain.

I remember reading a book, which I think was called Survival into the 21st Century, in about 1980. It was a guide to 'living' written by a group of commune-living Californian hippies, who existed mainly on wheat-grass. Everybody I know who read it was left in a traumatised state! :eek: :D A sense of humour will get you through most things my friend :) :thumbsup:
