Love that pic, Jack. It’s not quite drinking-beer-outside time of year yet here (it snowed most of the afternoon today, though it didn’t really stick to anything), but it won’t be too long now.

Is 5AM here, was just leaving to go for a coffee then a swim, but just started pouring, hopefully it will ease off shortly. Good sized crew posting on this Easter Sunday, hope you are all having a peaceful day whatever you're doing.

I have to do some work here today, so going to be stuck indoors again, but the weather doesn't look great anyway. No mate, a five bob cup at 7/11, they are always open, and the coffee is not that bad. I've had worse from trendy joints that charge 5 times as much. And the weather cleared just after i left home, so all good.

Good news on the weather mate You don't get much for five bob these days, and that coffee sounds like it does the job Some of the trendy joints here don't open until 10am, or even later. There's one place which doesn't open until lunchtime, and all they sell is coffee! Hopefully they'll go bust soon! Enjoy your day Leon

Good morning Guardians, it’s almost 6 am here, my holiday weekend started yesterday and doesn’t end until Wednesday. So we are packing up and heading to Cincinnati OH, for some fun at an indoor water park . Rain in the forecast for the majority of the day so may as well be indoors !

Cutlers traditionally used the best materials for the mark side, and I think matching sides is a modern concept. Sheffield cutlers still adhere to the old traditions, though I have definitely had knives where I prefer the stag on the mark side, so it may be that they just don't give it too much thought Or at least that we have different taste in stag! Overall though, I think we got some very nice vintage Sambar for this run, and I don't think there was a bad one in the 27 made

We had so much food, but the ribs disappeared the fastest. In addition to the Ribs, we had Ham, Brats, and Chili with Tri-Tip... It was quite a spread.

A man after my own heart... I can't see spending 3 times the amount on coffee that's marginally better.

I told my wife that we were missing Lamb this year. Yours looks wonderful!
