I decided to have a night-cap Since I'm going to Jorvik Viking Festival at the weekend, it seemed appropriate to open this one Highland Park, from Orkney, is a long-standing favourite, but I usually buy the 12 Year Old 'Viking Honour' blend (I'd rather just buy 12 Year Old Highland Park like I used to ), but this blend was a gift I guess we all have a few scars Slainte Guardians

I'm looking forward to going over to York tomorrow, but don't have much to do today, apart from maybe doing some grocery shopping. I coddle it less since I know it can damage itself. Better to keep an eye on it, though shrinkage shouldn't be an issue again.
Funny how your house will dry out if you keep the water to your humidifier turned off all Winter.

Spectacular Lambsfoot for a Friday.

At malls and stores around here, besides dogs, you see cats on a leash, snakes wrapped around shoulders, and even various rodents being cuddled. They all claim they are "emotional support animals" and think it's their right to take them everywhere. People need way too much "emotional support" these days if you ask me. A couple of weeks ago I went to a Pizza Restaurant and saw a dog on the bar counter enjoying its own piece of pizza. And owners just let them do it for fear of being taken to court. Crazy World we live in.
