That really sucks. We all hope your discomfort eases up soon, Jack.Good morning Guardians, I hope your weekend gets off to a great startI hadn't really made any plans for today, which is just as well. as my sciatica is worse this morning than it has been for the past couple of days
So, I don't think I'm going to be doing too much unfortunately
Getting a bit tiresome now
Hope the rest of you have something more interesting planned, and that you have a great Saturday

Sorry to hear that your back is acting up. Mine too! I've been stretching and walking; it has helped quite a bit. I like your HHB photo. I had mine out for a little touch-up on the strop. I'm pretty much doing what your are in as much as I'm taking it easy. Mixed up some vegetation killer and sprayed some of my flower beds because the weeds have taken off on me. It was all I could do in hauling around a gallon of the stuff in a sprayer. Luckily I didn't make things with my back worse.Good morning Guardians, I hope your weekend gets off to a great startI hadn't really made any plans for today, which is just as well. as my sciatica is worse this morning than it has been for the past couple of days

Thank you SteveJack, sorry to hear that your sciatica is still flaring up. I had a minor flare up mid week but it has settled down. Have you tried a heating pad in conjunction with stretching ?

Many thanks Harvey
Oh no! Sorry to hear that Bill, seems that you have had more than enough to contend with lately, without your back playing up tooSorry to hear that your back is acting up. Mine too! My mate and his missus had been swimming in that lake at 5am (she swims there every day). I can't believe how many swans there are! That's only a very small part of the lake tooThank you Jack. Some nature, friends, and a chip butty. Now you’re talking.
Nice pic of Spalty Steve!
Just magnificent.
Handsome knife
Cheers Greg, that's a nice pic
That's annoying LeonNot much to report. Still cannot find my cable to transfer photos with. It'll eventually turn up, just buried in a box somewhere, i hope.![]()
I don't even understand that.I just use a card reader I bought from the £ Shop about 5 years back.
Thanks Jack. Yes, I also find that stopping and sharpening is relaxing. My wife frequently gives me 5-10 kitchen knives at a time for me to "touch up".Oh no! Sorry to hear that Bill, seems that you have had more than enough to contend with lately, without your back playing up tooDefinitely take it easy Bill
Thanks buddy, cool pic
I find stropping my Hartshead Barlow very relaxing, I just wish it helped my back!

Very nice photo of your HHB. Love the bright colors of the Strawberries. Looks like healthy eating.Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is having a great weekendThis sciatica sure is a pain in the butt!
I'm not sure what I'm going to do today, I could do with doing some housework, and also picking some more of my blackberries, but neither activity is probably going to be great for my back
Just have to see how it goes I guess
I hope y'all have something more exciting to do, or at least more relaxing
Enjoy your Sunday Guardians, I'm going to hang onto my Hartshead Barlow
