Great perspective of your ebony and slip on the sill, overlooking Michigan Ave. I’m about 40 miles NW of you. Ed, there's an old Yorkshire expression, "I don't know whether I'm coming or going!"GUARDIANS !!!! I've done it again. I've added another Ebony Standard to my flock. The "Short Bolster" (my description) Barlow Lambfoot added just a week or so ago and the standard bolster Ebony Lambfoot Tuesday. Both of the Ebony knives were very recently made by A. Wright & Sons and the Ebony is very dark. Further, the construction of these two ebony knives is much better than what had been coming out of A. Wright for some time. Anyway, my Lambfoot collection is growing again. No telling where it will end up.

That knife was made for you DuaneDug this horn covered lamb out of the drawer and tossed it into my pocket yesterday, cooler weather now so I plan to carry this one for a while. It will do well at any cutting tasks I need done and is thin and relatively light for a Big'un
