Thank you Jack. And thanks for look at your pub crawl.
A pleasure my friend, we had hoped to take in a couple of more pubs, but the long wait for dinner scuppered that 🙄👍
As I recall every song in that movie had moon in the title one way or another
That's a detail I'd forgotten! 😁 Thanks for the reminder 🙂👍
Afternoon Guardians! Ethan is saddled up today. We're riding easy today. Even had a three and a half hour nap. 😁

Sounds great buddy, Ethan is looking swell 🙂👍
Thanks Jack. Sounds like you had a nice crawl.

It was an enjoyable afternoon Dwight 🙂 Whitelock's is a real Leeds institution, but has suffered a bit from changing hands several times in the past few years. It has always had a good reputation for food, but what we had yesterday was very disappointing. If we hadn't already had several pints of beer, and been ravenously hungry, by the time it eventually arrived at our table, I think we'd have walked out. I hope they sort things out there. Beautiful photo my friend 🙂👍
Hey folks! What do you think, look OK? Cant look good? I didn't want to go as crazy as I've seen on some but I did want to favor a slight forward cant.View attachment 2056017

Eric
That looks absolutely perfect Eric, well done 😊👍👍
Not sure whether you replied to the wrong post or the wrong name - either way I’ll take it as a compliment. Thanks! (Jim) ;)
I'm terribly sorry Jim, please excuse me, I'm afraid multi-quoting and alcohol don't always mix! 😱 Not that I haven't made similar mistakes sober, I'm embarrassed to say! 🙄 My apologies my friend 👍

Great pic Kevin, I hope you're doing ok buddy, it's always a treat to see you here 🙂👍
Great to see Rose Beast Jer 🙂👍

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone had a great weekend. I'm afraid my PC has failed to boot up this morning, which leaves me in the lurch! I'm hoping I can fix it ok, but not a fun start to the week. I hope you all have a better one! 🙄👍👍

We don't seem to see the horn models, from the 2018 Guardians run, anywhere near as often as the ebony ones, but here's mine 👍

I like the classic simplicity of your lamb Jack. It reflects the same seen in that old lock.

Good luck in your battle with your pc.

Thanks Bob, changed the internal CMOS battery on my PC, which I thought was the problem, but it still isn't booting up. I'm going to have a cup of tea, and then go and see a man who knows! It's about due to be replaced anyway 👍

No apology required. I don’t even try to multi-quote - I know I’d scramble it all up.:)

Looking good Bob 👍

Hope everyone is having a good day 👍 I can't say my week has started well. I've been having a few minor issues with my computer for the past few weeks, it was taking time to boot up, because the internal battery needed replacing, according to the screen readout. I've been busy, and since there was only a boot problem when I turned on the PC, I just left it turned on. Knowing I would have time to change the battery today, I turned it off last night. It wouldn't start up this morning though, and unfortunately, after I changed the battery, it still wouldn't boot up. So, after trying for a while, I stuck the PC in a suitcase, and got a taxi to the market.

The guy on the computer stall said he'd have a look at it, so I hung around for a couple of hours while he did so. When I went back, he'd had a look at it, and charged me £10. We then got to talking about computers, and I ended up buying a new one from him, but as I wanted a few upgrades, we agreed I'd pick it up on Thursday.

I had to go to the bank to get some money, but on the way out of the market, I saw a guy having an epileptic fit. Some young people spotted him at the same time, and we went to assist him. He had a history of epilepsy, and had 2 heart attacks, but the issue was complicated by the fact he was out of his head on a drug called 'Spice', and he lost consciousness completely. We put him in the recovery position, and rang for an ambulance. The emergency services are in meltdown here, and so it took 40 minutes for the ambulance to arrive, which is actually extremely fast at the moment.

I headed to the bank, and then returned to the computer stall. I only backed up my PC last week, but said I'd go home and transfer everything on it over to a removable hard-drive, to make it easier to copy it over to the new PC. I got another taxi (another £10), and headed home with the old PC. When I got in, it wouldn't boot up though, so eventually I rang the shop. When I spoke to the guy who'd looked at it, he told me there was a problem with the mother-board, and that he couldn't get it working, but that my new computer would be ready tomorrow. This didn't really make sense, as if I'd known that, I wouldn't have brought the old one home, I'd have asked him to take the drive out of it, fit it in the new computer, and either give or trade him the other parts. He told me I could bring it back to the shop, but I don't want to lug it down there again, and fork out for another taxi. I told him I'd take the drive out, and he can fit it into my new computer, which he agreed to, but I could have done that in the shop.

I sure hope I'm not going to have anymore nonsense tomorrow. Current cost is £205, and I'm having to post on my phone 🤨
