Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Good morning Guardians, Happy Friday! :) I hope everyone has made it through the week OK, and that you're looking forward to the weekend. Got my Barlow back in the pocket, and I hope the sun comes out like it did the other day, when I took this pic. Have a good Friday Guardians, hope it passes quickly, and easily, for you

Hope you get your sunshine Jack. Sunny here but cold, going to warm up for the weekend thought. 😎👍
Good Morning Guardians💂‍♀️
Cool textures Harvey. 😎👍

Good morning Guardians, my usual lamb along side an interesting artifact from my desk. I took this from a student at least 10 years ago during a simple quiz on states and capitals. If this student had spent as much time studying as he did in making this, he wouldn’t have needed to cheat to pass the quiz. Not exactly high marks for decision making. 😳🤣👍7FCE45F3-D7FA-42BF-94BF-E9A8583F49F5.jpeg3D22293D-1724-4AEF-9100-B2681A378065.jpegF623A836-31CC-43C4-952E-BAFC7DF8B3CF.jpeg

Jack it looks like someone carved a memory in that root behind your sweet lamb.
Yes indeed Bob, the tree is no more now unfortunately, it's the one I photographed a couple of weeks back

Love your HHB Jack. Very much looking forward to the weekend, gonna be a cold Saturday (for this area) but that won’t stop me from venturing out.
Thank you Jeremy, good for you, hope you have a great weekend :)

The book is an extra I got at an estate sale, so I can keep it brand new like it seems the deceased did.
Nice background for Old Toffee Wings Jer :) I used to know a woman who had been cursed by the name Joy! :D She was actually quite nice when you got to know her, but calling her 'Misery' would have been more appropriate! :D
Hope your day and weekend is as nice as your Barlow, Jack.
Thank you Harvey, that's very kind of you my friend :)

Thanks a lot Todd, it's not been a bad day, no rain at least :) Have a great weekend :)

LOL! :D That's pretty much 'Caught Red-Handed' isn't it?! It should be in a museum! :D  Great pics Todd :)

Must have been an interesting student/teacher confrontation. Nice keepsake, Todd.😂

Great photo of tree Jack.

I hope everyone is having a fantastic Friday, and looking forward to the weekend :) I didn't mention it yesterday, but I hurt my back when the bus-driver slammed on the brakes as I was standing up to let a lady pass me, and I went flying down the bus. Several hours later, it took me 40 minutes to walk the 10 minute walk from the bus-stop to my home, and it was very painful, but a hot bath, and some strong anti-inflammatories helped. Thankfully, it was no worse today, but I'm still struggling to walk around. I had a nice day anyway though, meeting up with my ex-girlfriend's daughter for lunch, which we do every week or two. We had a great meal in a really friendly, family cafe, and as I wanted to buy her boyfriend a few treats, I got a few more take-home extras too, including this 'Brookie' (half cookie-dough, half Brownie)! :D Got a Cornish pasty, and a sausage roll for tomorrow ;) :D

At a local diner this morning. Waitress plopped down this gigantic omelet. Got to love a small town greasy spoon. Got the stag lamb today. Have a nice day everyone.

Thanks Bob. They might have to roll me out of this place.
Wow, nice! I love the place I ate today, they're so friendly, and the food is great. There's a mother, her daughter, and a Ukrainian refugee they hosted, and who now has her own place. Great bunch of regulars too. It's a good job I don't live any nearer, or I'd be eating in there every day! :D

Looks like a couple of meals, and that stag, wow!
It was large and there wasn't a hint of anything left either.

Sounds like my kind of place. Nothing like hearing and seeing people helping one another and watching them get back on their feet and accomplish something like that. All some people need is a chance and they can go on to do great things. Witnessed it first hand in the service. Guys and gals from nowhere USA who are given purpose and achieve great things. Thanks for sharing Jack.
