Yes, he brought a lot to the table, it's very sadSuch devastating news, Harvey was such a positive and unique presence here. Rest in peace, Harvey, you will be greatly missed.
You must post pics of that beautiful knife more often Dylan, my memory span is very poor these days, and I need to be reminded of it!Good morning, folks. I still have this one in the pocket.

Rhidian did an amazing job in recreating that old Rodgers Lambsfoot pattern

Thanks pal!I will give it a more robust try, Jack.Life has been busy and I have found less time to take photos and process them. My daughter is playing volleyball and basketball (multiple leagues) in both - in addition to her time caring for horses outside of all that. Needless to say, she is keeping us all on our toes

That's great to hear Dylan, I've loved every example of Rhidian's work I've seenI couldn't be happier with Rhidian's efforts. It helped that out of the various custom makers I had reached out to regarding this knife, he was the only one who not only responded, but was genuinely interested in reproducing it. I count myself most fortunate in that regard.

Hello everyone! We had to make a life change, so that had kept me out for a while.Guardians, Barrett @btb01 has thoughtfully posted some news about our absent friend Harvey @cigarrodog in the Lounge. I'm afraid it's sad news

Good to see ya, Dennis.Hello everyone! We had to make a life change, so that had kept me out for a while.
I was blown away by the news about Harvey!
Before I got so busy, he and I chated, I had gave him some 3rd Armored Division items for a project that he was doing in memory of his dad. In turn, he sent me a care package, but we were in the middle of the move, and I lost touch with him.
It is a lesson for me not to take too long to stay in touch with friends! Some right here in this forum.
hope he's sat smoking a fat cigar, with his favourite Lambsfoot balanced on the biggest of cream cakes
We moved to Ruidoso NM to be closer to my folks who are getting up in age, so we have made many trips to Oklahoma moving stuff, and down to where my folks live, about 4 hrs away.
It took us forever to get internet, went through 3 different carriers to finally get hooked up. T-Mobile don't cover up here, so we'll probably have to change that service. But the pro's outweigh the con's by mile. Here is some scenery around us.
Will post more later!
Hope everyone has a great evening!
Wow. Nice Lambsfoot.
