Yep, the three times I was attacked, was by people's pets. I will repeat, this was in rural Texas. How do you lose something that big
Expensive & rare as hens teeth. Really hard to find good sticks here in Aus..
You can take your coyotes, foxes, dingos & dogs & give em a cuddle as they do what is natural. The animals that should be muzzeled & neutered are the dog owners. Every time we have been attacked I've heard " my dog doesn't do that." Most dangerous breed of the lot in my opinion.![]()
I remember getting lots of AOL CDs in the mail back in the '90s. Folks around here would hang them from trees and over their gardens to scare birds away. I wonder if that really worked?Nice lamb.
And nice that your Linux book comes with a CD-ROM, but I'd have no idea where to stick it in 2023. I don't think I've seen a CD-ROM drive in nigh on five years. Might make a good drink coaster though, or something to stick under the short leg of a wobbly table.![]()

Good morning, Guardians! Today will be a record setting 36th consecutive day of over 100 degree high temperatures in Austin TX with no end in sight.I'm about to go outside and enjoy the cool 80 degree morning air, and then head back inside like a mole-person.

So many things I'd forgotten! AOL CDs; I also wondered if they'd really scare birds. The mole people movie, less impressive than the Killer Shrews.I remember getting lots of AOL CDs in the mail back in the '90s. Happy Birthday! My birthday Breakfast
Good morning Guardians. Early start to Saturday morning for me. Couldn't sleep anymore so I'm up and about. Planning on another stroll around the lake and neighborhood before it gets too hot out. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

I know a farmer who has given up keeping chickens, as he's tired of having them killed by people's dogs, that don't need to be on a lead crossing his land, despite the signs, because their owners think they're special, and won't behave like dogsYep, the three times I was attacked, was by people's pets. I get some people want the protection but, on my property a half mile away, it is at a minimum, inappropriate.
I've tried it with the flying rats, but it works for a few days at bestI remember getting lots of AOL CDs in the mail back in the '90s. Folks around here would hang them from trees and over their gardens to scare birds away. I wonder if that really worked?

Wonder why they're called "hipsters"? They don't look very hip to me!I had a coffee at Charlie's, and headed into town for some things. I'd hoped to get lunch at the Tunisian stall in the market, but there were hipsters sprawled across all 3 tablesNot sure what type of perfume these two were after?

Fantastic mate, have a great weekendThank you Jack. There was a bit of a Kung-Fu fight between the girls. They fight for attention and it’s super cute. The wife had a cold pint and a smile so an enjoyable return. I slept like a rock last night.
