More for me I say! Spam isnt all that common around here and many people will turn their nose up at it.

When I was in the culinary academy 21 years ago, there was a fella from Hawaii in our class. At one point we all had to come up with a dish from our local areas and this guy put canned pineapple onto spam slices and grilled it with some kind of sweet sauce on top.... it was oddly delicious. I've been a fan of spam ever since.

I always preferred corned beef to Spam. Thankfully, there was no super-cheap alternative to corned beef my mother could find (though she'd buy the cheapest brand), as there was with Spam - 'luncheon meat', which we called 'pink lint' 🤮 I also preferred Bacon Grill (only one type of Spam here, then, at least) :D A few weeks ago, Tool Man mentioned Bacon Grill to Nobber Al, and Al had never heard of it. Throughout the day, as Tool Man related the story, there were constant disbelieving cries of, "He's never heard of Bacon Grill?!!" 😂 We now have an empty Bacon Grill can, sitting there as an aide-memoire to periodically taunt Al! 🤣

Honestly between some sushi with fish or spam I’d pick the spam. They have teriyaki flavored spam too. I’m feeling like a spam chip butty. By the way I watched the Galloping Gourmet when I was eating my spam sandwiches in my younger days.
