There was no risk of me not liking it, I’m a bit of a foodie (inserted an actual photo of me eating).

I gave a slice to the in-laws and they loved it too.

I’ll keep playing around with a few recipes and see which works best. I’ll do one for Christmas Day, it’ll be a nice desert with cream in a hot day.

I have a dentist I've been seeing for about 20 years now. She's excellent and so is her partner, also female. I recommended them to a friend who was having bad dental experiences. He went once, then went somewhere else. When queried he responded, "They were fine, but they're too expensive." o_O He's not poor and can easily afford it. Having lost one tooth to periodontal disease due to poor dentistry prior to finding Doc Natalie, I thought, "Not a good place to economize." 😬

I just found out that my principal care provider is no longer going to treat patients, so I've got to find a new doc. :( I really liked her.

Thanks Mike, I had the same dentist for longer than that, but he retired some years back, and the dentists I've seen since have been progressively worse :( I hope you can find a new doc buddy :thumbsup:

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone's week got off to a good start :) I had to work last night, but just for a couple of hours. Today, I'm meeting up with Eve, and taking her for lunch. We're going to a local place I've not been before, which is winning plaudits for its All Day Breakfast. As it turns out, the owner is one of Eve's old school friends. I was talking to a lady yesterday, who told me there have been Christmas trees up on her street for a couple of weeks! :eek: I get taken by surprise every year :rolleyes: Carrying L'Ariete again :) Have a great day Guardians :thumbsup:
