Great pic Steve πŸ‘

I hope everyone is having a good day πŸ™‚ I made a flying visit to the Yorkshire Shop in the Corn Exchange, and on my way out I bumped into Musical Andy. Andy packed in his market stall after suffering a serious heart attack, and it’s only the second time I've seen him since then. He has made an arrangement to put some of his instruments in one of the Corn Exchange shops, and just goes in for a couple of hours a week.

After taking care of all my business in town, I had a late Tunisian lunch, which will see me through until breakfast time πŸ‘

As you know the wife has her own Cafe, here's a little story for you. Entitled Saff!
last week on Monday Kristy had a small medical procedure and arranged for staff member let's call them D. To start at 6.30am on Tuesday Tuesday so Kristy could start later in case she was sore. Anyway Tuesday comes around, phone rings at 5.30am the sister in law that works for Kristy. D had texted the SIL to say having a sicky won't be in at all, so they were short staffed for the day. Kristy let D know that she had arranged for a fill in for the next shift but would require D to work Saturday as no others available. I should mention here Kristy only has Saturday off. Kristy phoned D on Friday afternoon to confirm right to work Saturday, all good. I said to Kristy I bet you a million dollars you will be working tomorrow.
Well 5.20am the phone goes off with text from D can't Work! still not well.
D rings Kristy on Sunday and will be right for Monday. Kristy said no shift covered and you will need to get a medical clearance, which D to their credit finally did.
It gets better.
As it is hard to get staff Kristy is always trying new staff. Get them to do an hour trial, to see what they can do and if it suits them.
This bloke came in last week is a chef apparently. So Kristy had him come in for a trial yesterday morning. About 20 minutes in Kristy asked him what he could cook, as they like to in house specials like lasagna, curries that type of things. His reply was that he has his own recipe book of things he can cook in his car and did Kristy want him to go get? Kristy said sure.
He went to go get it......... and never came back!

Kristy still hasn't paid me my million😁
