Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Indeed not!
It's too hot to take a picture with the clippings I raked out from under my mower before church. Here's a pic with my latest riverine arrival. (I wonder if my other item is on a different truck or didn't make it off this truck.)

Three of the 1.5" superballs are going to be a back yard bolas. I'm pretty sure we don't have a law against those.
And it is awfully hot, and somebody here mentioned electrolytes.
[It's on a different truck: USPS, not the river.]
Good luck with your bolas Jer
Afternoon friends! Hot and humid. Good day to be by the AC. Happy trails 🤠

I also discovered our home was built on property that was part of Augusta International Speedway. Closed in 1970. I never knew it existed! The remaining property is a 250 acre park.View attachment 2913923View attachment 2913924
That's interesting Bob, great-looking peaches too :)
Here's some amazing footage from yesterday in northern Minnesota.

Incredible footage, that looks hairy!
Happy Sunday all, hope you’re having a nice weekend.

The Charlie will help with some unboxing of my new tool.

I apologize for my absence from this thread. The few brief moments when I haven't been busy recently, I've been tired. So while I've found time to read and thumbs-up the Guardians (and maybe 3 other threads on the Porch), I just haven't had time or energy to post much.

Which is fine - by now I'm pretty sure you all know that I'm carrying the GL-24 all the time anyway. I started lurking on BF 10 years ago or so, became a member 5 years ago, and was originally just looking for the One Knife for me. Eric Albers' Polish elevator micarta lambsfoot (that's a lot of adjectives!) has gotten me closer to that than anything else I've owned.

Great to see you here Tyson, I hope you're OK my friend  High praise for your GL-24 :)

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone had a great weekend, and that your week gets off to a good start :) It's hot here ☀️ I'm hoping to get to town to get some shopping before I have some work to do this afternoon. L'Ariete has definitely become a pocket-hog! :D

I'm not accepting your apology, you did not do anything wrong. 😃 I hope your pace of life slows and you regain your energy Tyson. Be well.
Afternoon all
Full charge and it works, even has a torch😎

Mitch, I have always wondered about those machines. I'm glad it worked out and may get one myself. Cans of air just does not seem right. Also, my compressor is on the noisy side.

Me too Bob.
Dad sent me the link to this 1 and told me it would work for I wanted. He spent a lot of his working life fixing and repairing compressors, fitter an turner by trade and still fixing the odd 1 in retirement.
Also it was half price😀
Looks like a handy device 👍

Indeed !

Thanks pal !

It should be handy Steve.

Nice Monday. I had a nice walk this morning. Back to sitting out back with the critters. L’Ariete is looking fine as always. That candy looks pretty good too. Here’s more horn.

That's good to hear Kurt :) Thank you, I found those old-fashioned marzipan fruits on the market, remind me of my grandmother :D Stunning choice to start the week buddy

Stunning Steve :)

Good idea buddy ;) I hope you acclimatize soon :)

Glad it's going well David, that a great shot of your FC Lamb :)

Beautiful photo Kurt :)

Nicely captured my friend :)

Stay warm Leon :) It's been colder and wet here the past couple of days  Nice pic mate

Good move Mitch, and good advice :)

I hope everyone is having a good day :) It's been great weather here, but I've been stuck indoors all day, apart from a short trip down to Charlie's late morning. I was hoping for a break, but I ended up having to listen to someone's business plans for some reason, so I passed on a second coffee, bought a couple of samosas to take away, and went to have lunch back home
