Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Not quite the traditional swayback Lambsfoot we all know and love, but I thought to show it to the Guardians anyway :-)
This one is on what I call a "Fancy Jack" handle die. N690Co, file worked spring, 304 stainless bolsters and trim, thin red accents, Tamboti (African Hardwood) scales, 3.75" closed. Let me know what you think

I think it's wonderful.;)👍

Good news Jer :) I was telling Eve about you today, and how we once lived a few streets away from each other :)
Have a nice day with Eve.
Thanks Steve, she passed along some birthday gifts her mother had given her for me - back in March! 😖
Recently received from Paul. A very thoughtful friend.

Great-looking Howarth buddy :)
Welp. Off work for a month or two after an elbow surgery so no adventures. Trying to loosen this guy up (almost a nail breaker) while enjoying some sitting time. View attachment 3045662
Careful you don't set that elbow off again!
Thank you for the well wishes. Been doing therapy since day after surgery. LUCL repair/debridement,Flexor tendon repair, Cubital tunnel release. Gonna be a journey.
Heal well BB
My wife would remind me...one day at a time. Now I'm mountain biking with my new hip.
Good luck.
Good for you Bob :) No standing on the handlebars! ;)

I hope everyone is having a good day :) I met Eve for coffee, and then we had West African Peanut Stew for lunch 😋 She let me have her share of the hot sauce! 😁

I have made ground nut (peanut) stew from a recipe of a friend born in Nigeria!! It's been years!!! I'll have to dig it up (pun intended) and

make it again!! ;)

That was my first thought too Jack. He did like to use chamfered bolsters.

They do look like his Bob, and brass was very much his signature. Also the generic stamp is very much like the one he had applied, both before and after he started marking his blades

Thanks buddy, we did a bit of shopping after lunch, and had a hot chocolate :)
Down in Georgia, boiled peanuts is a local delicacy.
Wolfie gets through peanuts by the pound! :D

I enjoy them too, but my doc says they are not good for my digestive tract.

Have a fantastic time Dave, nice shot
Meant to drop a follow-up quickie movie review last night and today has been so busy I’m just now checking in. Daniel Craig (along with the whole cast) is excellent in the new Rian Johnson film “Wake Up Dead Man.” It’s the third in the Benoit Blanc detective series that started with Knives Out. Really smart, fun, perfectly cast well-crafted entertainment like the great movies of the golden age. Worth buying a ticket for the theater, athough it’s dropping on Netflix on December 12. Highly recommend. Go see it!

We eat them by the bucketful when in Mississippi. Funny story: The first time I visited my mother in law's little town on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, a local fellow told me to be sure I tried the "bald nuts" when I visited the local farmers market stand in the center of town. After he left, I turned to my wife and said: I don't think I want to try bald nuts. She laughed and told me he was saying "BOILED 'nuts," in local parlance with heavy drawl.
