The balmy weather continues. Wednesday is supposed to be 60 degrees with likely showers. If it rains I can rinse off the salt by just driving around and parking outside. If it doesn't rain, it will be a beautiful day..

I just got 100 Yorkshire Tea bags for $0.09!
I'd forgotten about the refund for that phone holster they didn't want back because it's way too big to hold the phone it was "designed for".

The pillow teabags are the same weight as the tagged teabags, by the way, just in case anybody else has been thinking there's more tea in the pillow style.

Good morning Guardians, I'm just about to leave to travel over to Bradford, but I should be back home by 4pm, and I have a birthday celebration to attend tonight - in the pub! I need to try to imbibe lightly I hope everyone is well, and that you all have a good day It's raining here again today, heavily This winter has seen record-breaking rainfall for December, January, and February, and Britain hasn't had a dry day all year I sure hope we get a good Spring in compensation, but it doesn't always work that way Got my Hartshead Barlow set aside for when I get back home

Good morning Guardians, wonderful news here in Yorkshire - it isn't raining! I hope this is not a one-off (we're still receiving Apocalyptic warnings of snow)! I woke up with a stiff neck, but hopefully it'll loosen up. I have to go over to Keighley today, another small West Yorkshire town, it has an attractive old train station which frequently features in movies and TV dramas. Not much attractive beyond that

Hisham recently had a business trip to Morrocco, and he brought me back some olive oil pressed from olives grown on the land he owns there. I thought it was a really special gift, and the oil smells fantastic I didn't want to cart it over to Keighley though, so I left it with him until tomorrow.

With the sun out, it was a pleasant train journey to Keighley

As I was coming out of the station, I spotted a vintage bus, but as I prepared to take a pic, it turned left instead of going straight on!

My work went OK, and my train back was on time. I decided to get something to eat in town, but as it is Valentine's Day, there wasn't a chance! I ended up walking a mile, without finding an empty table, so I had to speedily rustle something up at home, with some chicken I had in the fridge. Hot paprika, and some considerably hotter fresh Scotch Bonnet sauce made it insanely hot!

Very nice. I remember on our first trip to England, after spending a couple days in London we took the train down to Bath. At my brother's suggestion, we stopped in a shop before our train departed and bought several cold beers, which we enjoyed along the way.

Hope everyone’s week is off to a good start. The kids are on day three of a four day weekend (President’s Day today, parent-teacher conferences tomorrow). I think after I drop them off at school Wednesday morning, I may just sit in my truck in silence for a while.

Yeah, same here! I think I had a reasonable day too Apparently, there are 2 more Friday 13th's this year!

Thank you Barrett I've been meaning to ride the steam train again, but I noticed it's about 3 or 4 times more expensive than the last time I was on it
