I hope everyone is having a lovely day It took me until about 12.30pm to get my work done, and I was viewing the weather outside enviously After I'd finished, I quickly got my stuff together, with the intention of going to town, but after a coffee at Charlie's, I decided to stay local I caught a bus up the hill, picked up a few things in the supermarket, and had a pint in one of the yuppie bars up there. Then I walked down the road to our local, and no sooner had I got a pint then Matt offered to join me when he'd taken care of his own errands. I went and got 2 more pints, and Matt arrived, and after we I had filled him on my week, and we had drunk our beer, he gave me a lift home Reckon, I'll be having more beer with a movie later Have a great evening Guardians

I know he is devoting his time to guild test, so I'm on hold till July.

It’s been raining a bit here this morning, but I think it’s about done. Eleanor has a softball game in a few hours, hopefully the field isn’t too wet. I haven’t picked out a Lambsfoot for the day yet, so I’ll have to update with a pic later.

I almost always drink cask beer Jeff, so draught beer served from the barrel, via a hand pump. Sam Smiths do some excellent cask ales

There's no shortage of articles about Samuel Smith's Brewery , and its owner, who is probably Yorkshire's most hated man. This is the first I came across online, and I thought it might be of interest (it is perhaps overly kind, on the advice of the newspaper's lawyers). As to the pubs themselves, the ones that are open, I wouldn't drink in 90% of them, they are dirty, badly kept, and frequented by low-lifes

Snowed here for a day and a half. The forecast says it is going to keep it up for another day, but, looks like it is done for now. Shoveled twice yesterday and once today. Pic is after the first shoveling.
