Fit and finish is excellent, blade is centered with a nice stout pull and razor sharp out of the box. Oh and I love the Rams Horn handles too!

Just finished Saturday Morning breakfast, forgot to take a photo as i was too busy woofing it down. Went to the market early this morning and bought some bacon, mushrooms and goat Feta Greek cheese. Crispy bacon with Mushrooms cooked in butter and some olive oil with crumbled Feta stirred through to make a light creamy sauce. And it was good and will keep me going for the rest of the day. I could not eat another morsel . Have a good weekend all.
