Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Good morning Guardians! We had a tremendous book party in Dallas yesterday. The Gator lamb was on my person for the event.

I got to introduce my two friends and clients: Daniel Vaughn (in the cowboy hat) aka @bbqsnob the Barbecue Editor of Texas Monthly magazine; and Evan LeRoy, pitmaster / chef and author of the cookbook.
