Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is well, and that your week is going nicely. It was in the low 90's here yesterday, and is set to be hotter here today. I doubt we'll see 100 here in Leeds, but London and the South almost certainly will. I'm up early working, and hoping to meet up with Wolfie for a coffee at Charlie's, before I go to the docs. Not that Charlie's might be the best place, coffee aside, as there's no air-con in there. I also need to call in at the printers, who have some work for me, and I have a load of cardboard I need to cut up before I get back to my desk. It's been a while since Paul @Jakeywax31 called in, I hope he's doing OK, the same for all our other absentees. Have a good day Guardians

That temperature is hard to adjust to I'm sure Jack. Here one just accepts and accommodates.

Jack could probably tell us whether dry heat is really better than wet heat.
Here we're in the upper seventies, headed for 80s over the weekend and 90s next week.
I'm glad I've gotten over the dignity that prevented me from wearing shorts to work last year.
I guess this is my third summer at Lowe's.

And the more comfortable we are, the longer we can preserve our wisdom for the annoyance of the young.

Pretty artful how the hollows meet in ridges.

It's going to be hot here next week as well. Shorts and AC mandatory here.

Agreed, but will need to see how sturdy the edge is.
