I've just returned from my trip to the barbers and the bank in town. I could have taken.care of the latter online, but I prefer to go in, and it gets me out of the house 😉 I had a coffee at Charlie's first, and another at the bookshop in town, along with a piece of cake 😋 Hope everyone else is having a good day 👍

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone had a great weekend :) After getting back from the hippyfest I was worn out, and fell asleep on the sofa for an hour. I went to bed early, but got woken up by the kids next door celebrating the England win against Mexico, before being hushed by their dad. They've started resurfacing the road I live on. Here's a section of exposed cobbles. I wish we could have a cobbled street, since there's no through traffic anymore, but it looks like they'll just be covered in tarmac again, or even be removed altogether, despite the fact this is supposedly a conservation area 🙁
