Thanks and your welcome, Vince. I have a knife coming I know will be delivered today so it's not to bad. There will be something to go to the mailhouse for...even though it might not be accompanied by the much anticipated 2019 Guardian's Lambsfoot. Thanks, Preston. Hope yours arrives soon.
Love that stag!!G'day Guardians.View attachment 1071270
Some of the nicest rosewood I've seen. The ironwood will have stiff competition when it arrives.Love your mug John, that's some good-looking Rosewood too![]()
So glad you like it, Jack. It's very unique and fun, and the Godfather of the Lambsfoot just had to have one. The little Storm trooper will protect it from Butter Fingered Oafs. The coin has a bit of a space theme to it too, I hope you don't take offense to the dates on the coinA few of you may remember our discussion about the Park Cut Co Space Shuttle knife a few weeks back.JohnDF managed to pick up not just one, but another for yours truly. It arrived in the mail, together with some other gifts. Just the coolest knife, I am so pleased with it
Thank you very much John, you're a pal

If the Lambsfoot was a vehicle I think it would be a Jeep, built tough for those off-road adventures.![]()
Since my 2019 Lambsfoot is still in the sick-bay, I'm having to contend myself with last year's model![]()

Savin' it for the last pic?Jack, I just hate the idea that your 2019 Lambsfoot’s in the shop and missing out on the arrivals of all its cohorts. I hope you get it back soon!
That's Great! we are proud to have you.The 2019 has landed. I will take pictures and show them later. It’s a beautiful knife with its’s own personality. Each side is different. The silky feel of the finished Ironwood compels you to constantly fondle it like a worry stone. The Cutler’s work is superb.
Thank you Jack. Your hard work is appreciated and has bought us much happiness. Proud to be a part of this group.
Congrats and welcome, Harvey, looking forward to seeing the pictures! The 2019 has landed. Proud to be a part of this group.
That’s definitely a more fitting choice, Jack!
I’ve noticed when visiting England that you see a lot of those old Defenders when you get out in the country a bit. Since you don’t see many pickup trucks over there (the requisite vehicle for farmers in the US), I wondered if maybe farmers drove them… but I suppose it’s just posh middle-aged gents with country houses.
Also, anytime I think about farmers in England, I think about this bit from the movie Hot Fuzz:
“You do know there are more guns in the country than there are in the city?”
“Everybody and their mums is packin’ ‘round here.”
“Like who?”
“Farmers.”
“Who else?”
“Farmer’s mums.”
