Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Good morning Guardians, from Portugal...

Same to you, Dwight!

Hope all you Guardians had a great weekend and are prepared for another week. Our weather here is finally going to get above 32* F this week so maybe we can start melting snow. We haven't seen the ground in months and I'm missing the green grass more than ever before.
Jack, have a splendid time with your mates kids.

Thank you for another extremely informative post :) If they were available, I would be very happy to see any of those on a Lambsfoot

You too Vince :)

That's certainly a beautiful example, love the way the patina is coming along :)

Morning folks, hope everyone had a great weekend. It's currently a bright, sunny day here, I'm rather busy though, and I have also agreed to pick my mate's three kids up from skool later, and look after them for a couple of hours. Hope everyone has a good week :)

Nice pic. What kind of wood is the pipe made out of? Doesn't look like briar.

Well that's pretty darn cool. May have to take up a pipe again (usually a cigar man).
Thank you. I’m a cigar man like you, but an occasional bowl is quite pleasant. Back in the day, for a time, I managed a cigar and pipe store, and picked up the habit. My all time favorite tobacco, which I can’t get my hands on any longer is Cuban. It was considered pipe tobacco and came in bricks. What is was, was all the cuttings and leavings from the cigar roller’s bench, compressed into a brick. Most smokers could not handle it, but I was in hog heaven.:)

That is a superior knife all around. Size, blade, design and that stag is gorgeous.
Thank you for the compliment and kind words Alan! :)

Thanks for the compliment Harvey! :) Well, I’ve not smoked in 42 years but I definitely agree that retirement is a blessing! That’s a beautiful photo! :D

Thank you Harvey, I am glad I had it, because it's nearly 8pm here, and I'm not going to be getting anything else to eat tonight. The day has had its highlights, fun with my mate's kids, and I picked up a mint 80 year old penknife for £5, but I have had a lot of nonsense to deal with too o_O

It looks like you found your own bowl of goodness my friend ;) Great pic :)

Good morning, Guardians. I hope you all had a pleasant weekend. It is back to the grind for me but I have this bit of sunshine to keep me company today.
