Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Interesting about the seconds Jack Black Jack Black , I agree with you that perfection can't be expected for what they cost. I quickly got over it and I actually really like it and the fact that I'm not worried about doing dirty work with it that I wouldn't dream of putting a GEC (for example) through.

I'm finding myself fancying some more in different cover materials. A trip back to Sheffield to see my family is on the cards in the not so distant future so I think I'll head to eccy Road and pick a few out

Superman is still the best.

Best part of the Green Hornet was watching Bruce Lee whup all the bad guys. I bet the show was cancelled because the sidekick outshone the star.
I saw a bit of the Bruce Lee Story in Spanish. There was a scene where the Green Hornet was just sitting there tied to a chair while Bruce Lee whupped about 20 bad guys. They had the guy who played the Green Hornet on TV playing the director in the movie. Very well preserved, I must say.

Will do my best! I learn something new every day. Then again, I may be relearning things I forgot. ;)

Good luck Vince, it's pretty straightforward once you get used to it :) I've forgotten how to make an abbreviated link, need to re-learn that at some point! :D

I've been experiencing troubles also, Vince. Thinking it was just me and my 'confuser'

Good luck Preston

Must have been a "super secret" run. Can't wait to see them all.

Not at all, I mentioned it in the email I sent out about the 2019 Guardians run. Feel free to PM me John

Beautiful!

Okay, that is just way too cool.

I bought myself (and my boys) the first three releases, I need to catch up and get the other releases. My boys are really enjoying them, but I haven't started them yet.

Spidey is my favorite too. I always loved his dry humor in the most stressful times.

Dang! Now I have to hunt that down...

Thanks, Jack. :)

Thanks :)

Cool, maybe I'll see if I can track the others down

Yes, Stan Lee never forgot what it was like to be a teenager I don't think  :D

I'll get a pic of the Batman-Judge Dredd meet-up if I can find it (there's probably been more than one, it's from 25 years ago!) I'm charging my camera battery at the moment

I will confess that my favourite when I was young was Spider-Man. I just like Superman better now. Better powers, better uniform, better name. But Stan Lee was a genius, and the '60s was a golden age for comics.

Maybe, you need more powers as you get older Vince! :D

Of course the knife is beautiful, but the Sambar is Ooh La La.

Thanks Harvey, I don't think that's the best by any means (though this isn't a very good pic) :)

Yes, most people, of course, wouldn't know about them  I feel the same about my Rosewood models, they're my 'rough use' knives :D

Hope you can find something nice in Sheffield

Maybe if I take a fine Sharpie I can make my blades look like that. ;)

LOL! I've seen knives that have had a Damascene mustard patina! :D I'll not post pics as they are not the pattern we talk about here ;)

Cool pic :D I saw V For Vendetta in Spanish, all the male voices seemed to be dubbed by the same actor! :D

Fantastic pics Leslie

Jack Black Jack Black Perhaps it’s as you say, “not the best,” but what pattern of Stag appeals to one, is highly subjective. In my subjective view, the Sambar on your knife, with its’ crags and brown tones, is my cup of tea. In my small world, that is stellar. My complements.

That is very true Harvey :) Thank you my friend :)

I saw that blade, but didn't really really see it until this morning! Wow!

Sorry Preston, I missed this post before, and the following one :( Thank you

I was wondering when we would get a photo of the open blade...looks fantastic!

Boys and their toys...the difference in men and boys is the cost of their toys...as the saying goes. Have a good day Jack, thanks for all your hard and effort on out behalf. Lucy is getting out a lot lately, she's a good companion!
ETA, Lambsfoot content...

Thanks again Preston :) That's a great pic :)

I saw it once. At the theatre when it came out or not too long thereafter, I believe. I was pretty young. Wished I hadn't seen it. Won't see it again. You ain't missing nothing, Jack!

It's not something that would interest me these days Vince, I remember all the fuss about the Amityville Horror and Halloween films when I was of age, I have never seen such rubbish, a girlfriend dragged me to see the latter, and I had to try to stop myself laughing! At least The Omen had some good music! :D  I like the old Hammer Horror films :D

Dang! Now I have to hunt that down...

Here we are John :)
