That was my first thought until I noticed the little table / hook and realized it had to be a tape measure of some sort.
 
First glance and with the wording I thought it was camera-related.

Who knew they had already tapped the EDC market for tape measures? :P what's next? EDC staplers?

You don't have one? You really need one for all the receipts for the Zombie Knives you need for the ZA...yellow & blood stained of course.
 
The tape is 2 meters long. The coin claw is a Serge Panchenko in S35VN steel.
