Gun Picture Thread

I heard they got almost everything right with 2.0

I'd have to humbly agree.

400+ rounds and, like an anorexic Actress, the f*cker has eaten EVERYTHING that I've fed it. (*ball, Federal HSTs, Winchester Ranger Ts, etc.)

Beyond that, I've fired it back-to-back with a Colt Combat Commander (*steel frame/4.25" barrel), and the recoil was noticeably less. That little "double"/captive spring has some kinda' "voodoo"/"brujeria" sh!t going-on.

For my "medium"-sized girly hands, it's DA' BOMB. 😍

If you don't own a Taurus medium-frame revolver, you're missing-out.

I happen to own a sh!tload of revolvers...Colt, Ruger, and S&W. With that, I honestly feel that Taurus medium-frame wheelguns are hidden gems.

Here's one of my little 4" Model 65s...

*I honestly feel that a 4" stainless .357 Magnum revolver is one of the most versatile handguns on the planet.

Good to read this. I’m kicking around the idea of either a 4” Ruger GP100 or a Taurus model 66 4”. Was leaning Ruger but I respect your opinion.

Thank you.

I hope that I didn't mislead you. When it comes to revolvers, I'm a Ruger guy at heart. I was just trying to opine that the medium-frame Taurus offerings don't seem to get the credit that they deserve. That little "65" that I posted is one of the most fun wheelguns that I own. It reminds me of the Smith 681s of yore. It's heavy and robust and seems to easily handle anything that I can throw at it.

That being posted, the GP100 (*for me) is iconic and, like most Ruger revolvers, CRAZY overbuilt. Your grandkids' grandkids will still be pumping full-house 125gr. magnums outta' that thing when our carcasses are feeding the worms.
