I'm a little surprised that the dual tube syringe is considered inaccurate especially compared to just squirting some of each kind out.

Me too. I like those kind of syringes. The stuff I've been using lately comes in 2 plastic tubs; I measure it out with plastic spoons. It's messy. Dang near glued my jeans to my leg the other day.

Maybe part of the answer would be an epoxy that's not super picky about having both parts perfectly equal in volume?

Of course, it's possible I'm the only goober on the planet who can't push a plunger straight.

You ain't, Doc... The only reason I buy short-set-up epoxy in twin syringes is it's the only way it comes (local suppliers). I've gone back to using AcraGlass and separate syringes for accuracy... do something else while it sets.
