I've seen it happen here many times. I've personally used their protection. Go read the good bad and ugly forum. You're new to this party, it's been going on for a long time.

You say that matter of fact, but there is zero guarantee they will cover you. Anyone who believes otherwise needs to reassess. The only thing goods and services is good for here is that there is a way less likely chance a scammer will be using goods and services.

I’ve bought quite a bit on this forum, more then my 5 feedback suggests. And I’ve payed goods services majority of the time. If that’s what sellers want, then for sure pay that way. I find it funny thought that everyone has asked “leave no comments”.. why is that? Knifes are allowed/covered, why is everyone against actually putting a comment about what was sold?

There isn’t. I said zero guanrantee, I didn’t mean zero chance.

Because members are not securing their account and are all too willing to pay using Friends and Family.

Is this being discussed somewhere? What is being done about the hacking?

It would appear BF's members are being targeted. @unwisefool account was recently hacked, IP location after the hack is Romania. A few days ago @kagato82 account was hacked, IP location after the hack is Romania. The hacker copied and pasted an older for sale thread...

HACKED ACCOUNTS?

Just noticed a string of hacked accounts posting knives for sale in the Knife Exchange over the past couple days. Should I be concerned? Has there been some sort of data breach?

More and more accounts are being hacked with fraudulent listing being posted. This site is being targeted. Take steps to protect your accounts.

I just got screwed by this hack. I pay to be a member here and would think things would be safer.

If you paid with F&F, there's nothing BF's could have done to make you safer.
