This needs to be stopped.... make PayPal G&S required for all sales.

There's no way to enforce that. BF isn't privy to transaction details beyond the text of posts.

Could require pics with evidence of current date in all FS posts. Or individual buyers could simply demand that before sending payment.

I read somewhere that a picture that includes a piece of crumpled paper with the seller's name and date written on and putting it next to the item for sale is a nice way of proving the sale is legit, because it is something that's very difficult to be photoshopped.

Of course another way to prove it is to set the sales price ridiculously high.

I’m sorry if this has been posted or discussed already. We've all noticed the influx of hacked accounts using old photos. Also lately I am noticing the hackers are making the prices closer to fair so it isn’t raising immediate red flags. I was curious if maybe we could make it a requirement...

A few days ago I got a message from some hacked account on Reddit where they photo shopped a sticky note with their username and date in the knife phote, but luckily I just happened to be browsing for that knife and had seen those same photos listed here on BF so I knew it was a scammer
