BTW "minor heart attack" is an oxymoron. Those words just don't go together.

Stop and breathe. Appreciate the little big things. I'm constantly having to remind myself of same. We get too caught up in worlds of our making and stress as a result.

thanks guys, everything went well, seem i must have had an arterial spasm, wich is serious but i will be fine in the end..... the medications are still in effect so i am a lil fuzzy.... AGAIN THANK YOU FOLKS FOR YOUR COMMENTS AND HELP
