I'm lucky enough to have a quality knife shop a mile from where I live and spend every Wednesday fondling knives.
After touching every Spyderco in the shop for months I narrowed it down to the Paramilitary 2 and the Sage 3.
So now I'm carrying the Sage 3 and a mini Grip, a Halo 5 and a Bug. Jesus, remember when we were kids and were happy with a Boy Scout knife?
What was your first Spyderco?

My first was a Gayle Bradley.
I like the Sage 2 a lot - just wish it was bigger. I've been tempted by the 3 a few times; but never took the plunge (mainly because of the size).
Did you get the blue G10 our the carbon fiber?

My first wasn't until recently with USN ladybug 3 PE and SE. My first spyderco I've used was my dads, a early model of the delica. Sadly the delica got sold.:(

You will come to love that Hole.
My first was a Red Endura PE. Now, I EDC a Para1 D2, Delica or and Endura, both in Orange.

My first was the Viele. That knife just wasn't for me, so I traded it. But, the fit and finish were awesome, the blade steel was great, and so I have bought many Spydercos since then.

spyderco harpy in se sigh... took forever to chase down a PE. i hope he answers. ive expanded to 2 SEs, one PE, and 3 tasmans, 2 black one yellow

Tenacious because I thought the delica that everyone was recommendimg was a piece of crap. The delica is now my favorite edc, lol.

My first was the delica. Loved the spyderhole right away and tried many after that. I've had the sage 1, 2, and 4, with the later being my favorite. Haven't handled a sage 3 yet, though I'm sure it's a great knife.

The military is number 1 for me so far because I prefer an ample handle and liner lock. The GB is a close second.

Delica 4. Bought and sold around 50 since :D
My favourite knife is from the chaparral series, I would recommend checking those out! I have nothing bad to say about the sage series either

Vallotton was my first 'cause it was so NOT your typical Spyderco. I've since come to hate any other opening method with a vengeance. Right now sportin' the Military and the (eventually) hyper-pimped Vallotton.

I started off with the Paramilitary 2. In the month following, pulled the trigger on Manbug and Ladybug keychain knives for my girl and I. Just recently bought a Chaparral 2 Ti knife. It's addicting!
