Personally, to those who don't like to use their knives at a steakhouse, I am of the mind that others are too busy shoveling food down their maws to notice anyone else's cutlery in action....Same with concealed pistols- carriers are worried about being profiled, hmmm, prolly not, as everyone else is too preoccupied with themselves to notice what that slight bulge is on someone's hip. It's not usually the bulge on my hip they notice.

Two nights ago and again tonight. Capt. Anderson's is my favorite restaurant on the planet. After years of claiming I was going to I've finally started submitting some resumes down here.

Personally I refrain from steak that can't be cut a butter knife. If I have to use my personal shaving sharp knife I won't go back.
