Just got my belt today, these things are top notch. Mine is purple and black with anodized titanium buckle. For the amount of effort that goes into these they are a steal. Matches with my purple combat troodon and purple sig 556.

yes they will fit over the belt i had an american kami knife with a tek lock on the sheath it fit sung on the belt
