The gold just pops. Hopefully the proud owner shows this off in the forums. I wish I had something myself fitting of this kind of work.
I'm not certain he is here. The knifemaker knew of me from some other group, and directed his client to me for this work. He buys quite a few knives from Jeffrey directly.

How about a self portrait? That would save you the need to sign your work. Pretty cool Sarah. 👍

So Mr. John Lloyd sent me a message a few days ago, asking if I can engrave stuff other than scrolls. He had not yet seen the stag barlow I had engraved. I sent him pictures and he liked my engraving enough to want to send me some knives straight from his bench to mine. I'll update with what shows up :)

In the meantime, here's some silly stuff.

That’s some cool stuff. If you’ve got a knife laying around somewhere, folks in this thread might be interested in seeing your work on these cards. The more people who see, the more might have some big empty spaces on their knives where you can work more if your magic. :)

I saw a few new big bolster Barlows made by John earlier this week and I had a long talk with myself to discourage myself from buying another and asking you for more of your art Sarah. Was a difficult conversation.

I don't know which of these characters won the argument but I passed on the idea.
