I went wood. I'm on completely opposite ends of the spectrum ... I would love Blackwood or Ebony but I would not be disappointed in Ivory bone if it went that way either!

Equally happy with micarta or wood, but this feels like a knife that cries out for ebony or a highly figured wood of some sort.

Bone..... muscle bone, primitive bone, whatever they're calling the un-polished natural stuff these days. It may not be quite as popular as Glitter Gold, but there also has never been a purple forum knife..... the color of royalty!

I’ve never seen a knife in Sapele (pommele). I think that would be very attractive.

I mainly just want to stay away from GEC's jigged bone. It just doesn't excite me.
