Handle "rattles"

I tried Federico's suggestion and it worked! I wrapped the blade in a damp cloth and carefully applied heat with a propane torch to the spine for just a few seconds and then just a little heat to the buttcap where the tang is peened over. Worked like a charm. NO rattles now. :) The metal heats up very fast so if anyone else tries this, as Fed said, be careful! :D

Wow it actually worked :D Glad to hear it worked out for you Semp.

I forgot to give this warning though for any who might want to try and melt the laha themselves, unless you like the smell of toxic gas, dont try to melt superglue. Stuff only burns:barf:
