Hanna Update

Hanna is at clinic today, so while I`m waiting for her results I thought I would post some pictures Becky took at Hayley`s birthday party.

Had a fashion show.





And a slumber party. (Ashby joined in)

 
Hanna had her blood drawn without her port for the first time since she was diagnosed yesterday. Her counts are great and she did awesome!!!



 
Hanna is in the hospital with high temp, and they are giving here breathing treatments and taking x rays.
 
I'm on lunch now. Connie called me, it's the beginning of pneumonia, they gave her antibiotics, steroids, and an inhaler. They caught it early so she should be ok.
 
God Bless! She is rocking that mohawk like a champion. Thoughts and prayers for your family and granddaughter's health. Survivors do what they do, overcome obstacles and survive. I'm brand spanking new here, this is the first post I read, and am super happy that it is a happy ending!

Glad to hear they seemed to have nipped it in the bud! This time of year things like that happen easily...kids play and sweat then its gets chilly still at night. It can be easy for a weaker immune system to pick up something. I am sure after a good bit of rest she will be back to her sweet self in no time!!
