Hanna Update

This photo was taken about three weeks before Hanna was diagnosed. Can you imagine...... Going from your biggest concerns are making sure you have everything for your child's dance recital to wondering wtf the Dr means when he throws out things like 5yr survival rate..... Your world comes crashing down around you and it will never be the same. EVER. September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. I wear gold for my baby girl ��

 
I can't imagine.......continued prayers for Hannah and all of the family. It's easy for some people to complain about perceived problems and not realize how lucky they are.
 
Counts are at 3204, and now Hanna only has to go every two months, instead of every month.

 
That's good news, John. Glad to hear Hanna's still fighting hard and winning. It's been a long, tough battle for her. She's really been an inspiration to many of us here. God Bless.

She is going to be 11 next month, and Hayley will be a teenager in February. They are turning into young ladies!

Great news! Hopefully Hanna has at least one more Halloween in her before she gets "too old" for such "kid's stuff"! I'm glad to see she's doing well.

Today is a very special day, one to celebrate. Today also is a day when my anxiety, stress and fears started working double time. Most of those who read this will never understand why. Today is Hanna's one year off of treatment. No cold, ache, pain, temperature, or even sniffle will be just that..... Ever again. I am beyond grateful though for her good health this past year.

Very good! I'm glad to see that update and definitely agree with her on folks not understanding. Hanna is awesome with that amazing smile of hers. Such a trooper
