I have about ten or so lower end knives I want to donate, I am traveling and can have someone at home send it somewhere, any ideas?

I can auction/sell them for ya if you want, although i think you have to be in possession of them to do so in the exchange, Myke has been doing it regularly so he may know more,

I'm confused here,someone please explain how this is going to go down.

I will happily sell donated knives & could frankly use more as donations have dwindled,just click my avatar to send me an Email.(hope I'm not breaking rules by saying so)

As far as auctioning,I am confused as to how we are going to do it.
Do we/can we post pics of our stuff in separate threads & start the bidding at a certain price,then let it run for a week or so,then send the item off to the winning bidder?
And are we restricted to the JK forum for the auction(s)?

ah, I got it, sorry to cause confusion

I think the idea is that the person donating the item would post pics in a new thread titled something like "Hanna's Box of Hope Auction #1 / Custom Skinning Knife" or whatever the item or lot of items is. You would also set an end date for the auction as well as an opening bid amount if you like.

At the end of the auction, have them send payment to John and once payment is received, the person who donates the items would ship them to the winning bidder.

You can also email me pics and I can start the thread for your items and notify you where to ship them once John receives payment.
