Hap40 Dragonfly

I'm going to give it a shot . I had a couple of dragonfly but never really got to use them I actually have a g10 that sits in the box . I like the looks but they feel a bit small . The delica is a better overall knife .
 
I started with a Dragonfly.. Have a FRN and G10.
I actually prefer the comfort of the grip, more then the Delica.
With that said, it can feel small at times. Still a hell of a knife!

It's perfect for modern life.

If you want something larger, it's a perfect companion knife.

I've got them in FRN, Tattoo, and a G10 Robin.

The Tattoo may be my sharpest knife, it is slick, smooth, no blade play, I love it.

I bought it to sell, I don't like stainless handles, but it's my main EDC now.

Showed as in stock on TQK just a few minutes ago. Placed my order, then immediately received a call that they were in fact OUT OF STOCK. Strange.

At any rate, he said they are expecting another shipment in "a couple of weeks".
 
I prepaid for 2, yesterday. Got a email today saying the computer oversold..
I got a refund for 1 of them.
I'm happy to be getting 1!
 
Seen some on eBay $79 free shipping from Blade Galaxy if any is looking to score one
 
Just ordered one from CS. Hope they're not overselling their stock like last time I tried to order a hap40 from them.
 
Does anyone have experience with knifecenter preorders? I have a couple on order and I want to make sure I'll actually get one

I preordered a HAP40 Stretch on 2/1 and received notification that it shipped on 2/18. I was looking for one to show in stock nearly every day and as soon as I found one from another site, the preorder from KC already shipped.

I don't leave anything to chance!
I put pre orders in and buy when they drop..
Then I'll cancel my preorder, if I get a chance to buy one.

I would prefer not pass up a sure thing, just to wait on the chance that the preorder goes thru..

If I get a extra one, I can pick the one that I prefer and no worries. The spare will sell

Yeah I've thought about doing that. It sounds like KC preorders are reasonably reliable though, so I think I'm going to wait until I hear from them.

Well, I know they will have atleast 2 extra DF2's going towards the preorders.. :)
I cancelled earlier..
