Hardwood Chairs vs MOAB

how does the moab compare in length of blade & width of blade with the NMFBM? Which is a better wood chopper? Thanks in advance -

I don't own an NMFBM, but the blade length of the MOAB is 14.25" and is .41" thick (as far as I know). It is a BEAST of a chopper, but it is very heavy, about 2kg, so it's a bloody workout swinging it. That said, you don't have to swing it much because it bites so deep into the material you're chopping. I must try it on a 2x4 and see how quick I can get thru it.

Here it is with a Fusion Steel Heart. You can see the blade is the same length as the entire FSH...

Yea, when you compare the entire length of the blade to a FSH, it is indeed an incredible knife!
 
Rob, I'm jealous! The MOAB is such an awesome knife, but I couldn't afford one.:( However, congrats to you for getting one and putting it to good use! ;):thumbup::thumbup:
