Sorry... Sounds like what would happen up here. We had those wheel chair athletes up here a couple months back going from Fairbanks to Anchorage. Bless the athletes hearts, but @#$@#$@#$ the people slowing down to cheer for 5 mins, not allowing people to pass safely or at all and almost causing dozens of semi accidents. Sorry. That drive home sucked because of the idiot drivers and NOT the athletes.

No I was on a bike going from intersection to intersection directing traffic so that stuff didn't happen.

One of my all time best a-hole driver stories was some guy in a huge Chevy Suburban (I call them sub-divisions) rolls up to me and says that I need to ride on the sidewalk. I looked at the guy shocked and he goes on some rat about “can’t I see how dam big his car is?” to which I reply “Logging trucks and buses have been getting by me for 40 years without a problem, if you can't drive that thing then get a smaller car”
