I've never bought from them, but it is a brick & Mortar shop in a mall here in Silicon Valley. I've passed it many times and walked thru it once. Just looks like a "mall" store to me. Some decent knives and lots of cheesy stuff for the young'uns. Never compared their pricing, but they are a legit operation and have been there for a few years.
