I know Joe very well and I visit his shop on occassion in Port Jervis, NY when I make my yearly canoe trip down the Delaware. His prices are good and his knowledge of the items he sells is better than most. He carries some well know custom makers and some local lesser known makers as well. His inventory of production knives ranges from the high end to low end and he can get anything he doesn't have in stock pretty quickly. I never ordered from him online so I can't tell you how well he does in that area but customer service is a priority of his.
