I didn't know if this is the place to ask but was curious if anyone has ever prosecuted or took legal action against someone who ripped them off and what was the outcome? What steps did you take?
I haven't been scammed but looking at some of the threads i haven't read anywhere where someone took action and had the person prosecuted or took legal action and was awarded damages or reimbursed. Im not talking about just here but i'm a member of a couple forums that have feedback and blacklists sections from deals gone bad and haven't read anything where someone took action and came out on top.
