Has anyone heard from thebladerunr / Dave Littlejohn lately?

Not sure where to post this but has anyone heard from Dave (thebladerunr) lately? We are in the middle of a deal and a knife he shipped a few weeks ago hasn't arrived. I have not heard from him since his last PM to me on another forum on 28 July. My email to him bounced as well. I hope everything is ok with him?
