WTF!!!!!! That large spike hawk is going to be amazing. John your the man sir. seriously you take images from my head and make them functional works of art out of big huge chunks of steel :) I can't wait to see it all dressed up with handles and leather pants.

I always see this as a question, not a statement (i.e. WTF? not WTF!). I take it WTF in this sense means Wow That's Fantastic; and in that case I agree

yes sir thats what it means. lol. I was trying to find the words. the middle one is mine and I can't wait for it.

With a little luck it should be done mid next week. Tomorrow I`ll be grinding bevels, and drilling about a million holes in the handle area. Friday we have to go have some tests done, and Saturday I`ll be heat treating them.

These all look seriously sweet JK, I especially like the urban hawk!

I'm away to go drool at some pics of them handled :)

That urban hawk is seriously sweet. You are on to something there for sure!!

In my mind it has squarish black micarta with stainless corby bolts....

moneys ready to roll. just let me know :)

I'm really looking forward to the urban hawk. Have you considered a spike on the back and a prybar at the bottom? I have an ontario rd pick hawk, and I like the pick far more than I thought i would for moving wood around. I'd be interested in your spike hawk, but I want something differently shaped than the Ontario. Or at least the prybar bottom if you're definitely keeping the chisel tip back?

I got the prybar Idea from here.

Anyway, you make amazing stuff, thanks.
