  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Have you ever had a "cheap" knife kick nicer knives out of your pocket?

My new Benchmade H&K Ghost 3.5 I got from a sporting goods store for $10 bucks...that's right $10 kicked my 890 and my 551 Benchmades out of my pocket.

My byrd cara cara 2 just kicked my griptilian out of my edc... Well kinda, i I still took the grip with me as there was room in my murse and i couldn't stand the cries coming from the drawer, but damn i'm impressed by the cutting i got for such a litle price! Especially when you compare it to my mini-grip which is really dull

Yep - - - the CS AK-47 is my EDC. I've got a lot more expensive knives with fancy steel & some customs, but the AK-47 offers the fastest deployment, a steel blade which I can put a good edge on and easily/quickly maintain, and the Demko lock mechanism which I have almost as much confidence in as a fixed blade. I typed out a list of the characteristics of what I wanted in an EDC folder and was extremely surprised to see that the CS filled my requirements perfectly. (Hadn't tried a CS in many years & wasn't impressed with them in general). But, now I EDC a CS knife.
