The HDD always reminded me of the classic Tekna dive knife.

The original was sold out of lima ohio, if you sent for it by mail. I came across three crudely made single edged versions of this. the guy said a machine shop in lima ohio was blanking them and then shipping them to Sweden for finish work. he told me they were popular with oil workers. don't know how much is true, but I bought all three. will post pic later. should we move this to general?
 
all the originals I have saw, have smooth handles, the 3 I picked up the other day have this spider web and nct on them
